Steinbeisser Experimental Gastronomy is an experimental food event where a five course plant-based menu is being served made of local ingredients from organic and mostly biodynamic quality.

For the winter edition Daniëlle van den Stoom from The Soul Food Company is going to be our guest-chef curating the menu. Stuart Cairns creates the cutlery and Lies Arts in collaboration with Bram van Leeuwenstein will provide the experimental dishware to challenge the eating experience in a thought-provoking style.

A 5 course menu will be served for €36 per person.
There is room for 30 guests per evening.

Friday 21 February, Saturday 22 February and Sunday 23 February at 19:00
