– Self made Mochi (Japanese New Year rice snack) filled with Russian Halva (Sunflower seed sweet) on top of Tsaziki (Greek Yoghurt-cucumber salad) with garden vegetables.
– Purple Vareniki (Russian ravioli) filled with Celery root (Knoolselderij) cream with Mushroom-cream sauce.
– So good “to die for” Pear pie with almond sauce.
